As a licensed architect, Allison offers a unique skillset that allows for a distinctive approach to the development of interiors. With a strong technical background and innate aesthetic sensibility, every component of the home is thoughtfully orchestrated and delivered on budget.

Allison earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the top ranked program at Virginia Tech as a Pella Prize Finalist, awarded annually to the top undergraduate thesis. She studied in Mexico, Switzerland, and Chicago during her undergraduate years. Her passion for architecture and design eventually led her away from her hometown of Virginia Beach to Chicago. Having honed her skills at various high-end residential offices in both Virginia Beach & Chicago, Allison's determination to create exceptional spaces ultimately led her to establish Hardy's Design.

The name “Hardy's” carries a significant legacy as it is the namesake of her mother's 5th generation fine jewelry store, Hardy's Jewellers. Creativity and entrepreneurial spirit are ingrained in the family, and Allison proudly extends the Hardy's lineage into its 6th generation.
